Grant Sadowski – Co-Founder/Chief Strategist

Founder Grant Sadowski, has a long history of successful and creative business development in the world of print management. He is currently also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultra Laser Imaging (2005) and Mosaic Business Solutions (2007), named one of the fastest growing and best companies to work for in Florida for the past 3 years.

Under Grant’s leadership, Mosaic and Ultra Laser Imaging achieved Hewlett Packard OPS Elite partner status in 2010, becoming one of less than 80 HP partners in the nation to receive that designation. Grant has also been featured in ENX Magazine’s “Dealer Spotlight” for his innovative approach to managed print solutions, and in an eVA expose on excellence in public sector technology supplies.

Grant was also selected as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in South Florida in 2013.

Outside of his own companies, Grant serves on the Board of Directors for Second Chance Society. He is also an active member of Emerge Broward, a member of the Tower Club’s “Tower 100” and participates on the advisory board for Paradise Bank. He also regularly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Broward.

Prior to founding ULIS, Grant served as Director of Finance for a $15 million copier dealer. He was raised in Jefferson City and Columbia, MO, and is a proud alumnus of the University of Missouri, where he received his bachelors in finance.

Before starting Becoming 3D, Matt Craine @mattcraine spent the last 20 years developing innovative web applications and high-end business strategy for small and medium sized companies with a focus on brand evangelism. Clients included public and private companies in the print management, fashion, retail, and tech industries as well as the non-profit sector.

Prior to consulting, Matt was the Vice President of online media and search for Catalogs.com for 7 years. During that time, Catalogs.com’s organic search traffic rose to over 1,000,000 monthly visitors and developed the first-to-market iPad application for online catalogs.

Before Catalogs.com, he worked with many .com start-ups and long ago he was the Senior Fantasy Sports Producer at CBS Sports and the creator of the original Start em & Sit em fantasy advice column.

Joe Laratro – Chief Technology Officer

Since 2006 Joe Laratro has been the founder and CEO of Tandem Interactive, a boutique agency-style SEM & technology services company to help clients achieve success through online strategies. These practices include local search marketing, pay-per-call lead generation services, analytics, conversion consulting, PR, usability consulting, and search engine marketing.

Prior to founding Tandem Interactive, Mr. Laratro served as the Chief Technology Officer for more than six years at one of the world’s largest and most experienced Search Engine Marketing and Optimization firms, based in Boca Raton, FL.

As one of the first 100 certified Google AdWords Professionals, a contributor to the founding of the Yahoo! Strategic Provider Program, and a certified Yahoo! Strategic Provider Ambassador, Mr. Laratro continues to prove that he is on the cutting edge of industry developments. In March of 2006, he was invited, as one of only twenty professionals, to sit on the MSN AdCenter Search Council.

Monica Michelle Manley – Editor

Monica Michelle Manley grew up in Rogersville, Alabama. During her first two years of college she worked for John E. Phillips at Nighthawk Publications, in Birmingham, AL. Her job included editing for magazines, blogs and ebooks, as well as managing social media, marketing, photography and videography.

She later moved to Denver, Colorado, and graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communications from Johnson & Wales University in 2015. After graduation, she went on to become the Associate Editor for Wheel:Life, an online peer support program for wheelchair users. Her duties included managing SEO, building webpages, writing, editing, and drafting web content. She also worked as a contractor for The Land Report, a magazine that provides news, information, and insight into America’s land for existing and potential landowners.

Monica has had experience contributing to the outdoor industry, non-profits, a land brokerage magazine, medical supply companies, higher education programs, developing applications, and most recently, 3D printing, where she took over editorial roles for Becoming 3D.

Dr. Jay Lemery – Healthcare Consultant/Advisor

Dr. Jay Lemery is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and is Head of the Section of Wilderness and Environmental Medicine. He is the current President of the Wilderness Medical Society and a consultant for the Climate and Health Program at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

He sits on the Institute of Medicine’s Roundtable on Environmental Health Sciences, Research, and Medicine and serves as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. In 2014, Dr. Lemery became the EMS Medical Director for the United States Antarctic Program.

He is a Co-Editor for the book Global Climate Change and Human Heath (Jossey Bass), to press in late 2014. From 2005-2012, he was the Director of Cornell Wilderness Medicine and a member of the Global Health Steering Committee at the Weill Cornell Medical College.

Dr. Lemery was an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia and received his MD from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. From 2003-04 he was chief resident in Emergency Medicine at NYU & Bellevue Hospitals. He also holds academic appointments at the Weill Cornell Medical College and the Harvard School of Public Health (FXB Center) where he is a Contributing Editor for its Journal ‘Health and Human Rights’ and Guest Editor for the June 2014 edition on Climate Justice. He is affiliate faculty of the Colorado School of Public Health.

Dr. Crystal Kasper – Editor / Healthcare Consultant

Dr. Crystal Kasper is originally from Indiana, but now lives and practices in the Mile High city of Denver, Colorado. She graduated with honors from Indiana University with her Bachelor degree then studied at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she obtained her Doctorate of Optometry in 2009.

During her clinical training Dr. Kasper gained experience in low vision rehabilitation, pediatrics, visual perceptional disorders and vision therapy, extensive specialty contact lens fitting, oculoplastics, laser vision correction, glaucoma, cornea and diseases of all ages.

Since graduation, Dr. Kasper has been practicing in multi-doctor facilities where she is focused on ocular disease as well as routine vision care including contact lenses and glasses. She has experience in every aspect of eye care and with the latest technology available in the field.

Dr. Kasper’s passion to care for people and their health has led her on three medical missions. As a volunteer for Feed The Children’s Medical Mission Team in Bolivia, South America she did an outreach for an underprivileged population providing food and health care.

She was the first optometrist to lead the Global Brigades’ outreach for eye care into Honduras, Central America.
Lastly, she is the optometric physician for Pardada Pardadi Educational Society in Annupshur, India. There she cares for the students, their families, sister schools, and the surrounding villages.

During her free time, she volunteers by giving eye exams to the homeless and underprivileged at the Denver Rescue Mission and to the rehabilitation patients of Care Meridian facility.

Dr. Kaylesh “KK” Pandya – Healthcare Consultant/Advisor

Dr. Kaylesh “KK” Pandya is a Osteopathic Physician specializing in Neuromuscular medicine and Family medicine. He is passionate about utilizing 3D printing to improve the humanistic storytelling aspect of the patient-provider relationship. He strives to bring 3D printing in medical environments to allow medical providers to step away from the computer and return to the bedside. He joins the becoming3D team as a healthcare consultant/advisor, with a background in 3D printing models from radiology studies in CT, MRI and ultrasound modalities.

In addition to his clinical and technical avocations, Dr. KK Pandya has remained active in the humanitarian response community. He has trained as a Wilderness EMT through the National Outdoor Leadership School, and was an early member with the international non-governmental organization Burners Without Borders, formed in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Dr. KK Pandya has also provided significant support after the 2007 Peru earthquake, the 2010 Haiti earthquake, 2012’s Hurricane Sandy, and the Ebola outbreak in Western Africa during 2014-2015.

Dr. Pandya’s has bachelors degrees in polymer chemistry and computer science from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, and graduated medical school from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He also received his Masters in Biomedical Informatics from Nova Southeastern University.

He has been a TEDMED Front Line Scholar, and recipient of the prestigious Leonard Tow Award for Humanism in Medicine from the Arnold P. Gold Humanism Honors Society.

Jorge Adeler – Jewelry Consultant/Advisor

Jorge Adeler, proprietor and master designer of the Jorge Adeler Collection was born and raised in Argentina. He moved to the United States in the early 70’s when he began designing jewelry. His first retail location opened in 1975, Adeler Jewelers, and today his one-of-a-kind designs are sold in the most sought after boutiques in the world.

Jorge travels to the corners of the world in search of the perfect gems and showcases them in his one-of-a-kind pieces. His involvement with sourcing the gemstones is intimate and detailed. His adventures to capture these treasures range from pearl diving to navigating mountainside mines all over the world.

Jorge Adeler’s award winning designs frequently gain recognition in competitions within the professional arena including JCK Jewelers Choice Awards and the International Pearl Design Competition.

His jewelry is regularly featured in the best fashion and lifestyle magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, Redbook, the Robb Report, People and Vogue, just to name a few. His Jewelry has also graced Red Carpets from Emmy to Oscar, Grammy to SAG. Fashion Icons such as Halle Berry, Katy Perry, Meryl Streep, Sally Field, Sandra Bullock and Kate Beckinsale wear his creations regularly.

Bill Stone – Management Consultant / Advisor

Bill Stone has been providing management consulting services to small to middle market businesses since 2005, focusing on helping privately held companies develop over-achieving executive teams and over-achieving sales and sales leadership teams.

Prior to founding his consultancy, Bill spent 17 years as a serial entrepreneur, 13 years in public company executive management and 4 years in turn around leadership positions with privately held companies. His experience covers a broad spectrum, from manufacturing and distribution to contracting and construction, in companies from $1.5MM to $5B.

He is active with children’s charities in the south Florida area, including Sheridan House and 4Kids, and funds a scholarship program in mechanical engineering at Florida Atlantic University.

Bill hails originally from Burlington, Vermont and received undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Vermont there.
